CHILDCARE ASSISTANT TEACHER

Responsibilities:

• Follow the lesson plan made by the main teacher.
• Teach alphabet, teach numbers, teach personal, social and emotional skills.
• Use songs, stories and games to motivate children to participate.
• Regularly communicate with parents.
• Determine children that need extra work.
• Evaluate children's performance and progress.
• Adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations.
• Prepare and conduct school events.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience as Childcare Teacher or similar role.
• Passionate about Children
• Good communication skill in written and verbal.
• Willing to learn new things and new skillset
• Fluent in English. Able to speak in Mandarin/ Japanese is a big plus.
• Attention to detail.
