HRIS System Administrator
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal function of the HRIS, including, maintenance, system implementation.
- Analyse user requirement and giving effort estimation upon ERP - HRIS capability collaborate with internal team and partner
- Compiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs
- Prepares reports, graphs, charts and statistics to support of human resources operations.
- Perform Testing Support, ensure smoothness in Testing and Delivery
- Analyse the current processes, system implementation and tools to propose and implement improvement to increase efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, or related field required.
- At least 2 years working experiences as HRIS Officer
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Extensive business process and functional knowledge
